The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing professional level services to a variety of locations, customers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. They are responsible for providing scripted and ad hoc information to inbound calls, in addition to a variety of other stakeholder support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

● Provide consistent and site-specific service to customers through an internal communication system
● Field and document associate calls for tardy and call-offs and reports to correct manager
● Dispatch for associate requests for assistance for restroom breaks, change orders, etc.
● Regularly providing analytics reporting on inbound call volume and call reports
● Manages email responses to company "Contact Us" email 
● Coordinates and tracks response to customer/client surveys
● Updates and distributes company directory
● Uniform inventory management and distribution (includes ID badges)

● Other special projects as assigned by the Company Chairmen, CEO, COO, and Director of Operations

Qualifications

Minimum Job Qualifications

 

  • High School degree
  • Two years expereience in an inbound call customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and comprhension skills
  • High level of professionalism and problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other associates, parking clients, and customers
  • Self-motivated individual with the drive to work in a fast-pace work environment
