Our team of managers are currently hiring part and full time Parking Ambassadorfor a variety of our locations. If you have experience with customer service, cash handling, and enjoy working with the public and providing great service to a wide variety of customers and clientele, this may be the perfect position for you. We pay a higher starting rate to candidates who work our overnight shifts as well as with our part-time Events Team, who staff most major events downtown, working outdoors.


  • Greet all guests upon both arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and while making direct eye contact
  • Exemplify the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform and appearance standards, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner and thanking each customer at the end of each interaction
  • Assist customers with their transaction processing either through credit card or validation using facility equipment in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Being knowledgeable about the surrounding area including but not limited to directions to highways, facility attractions, etc. in order to provide customers with detailed and accurate assistance
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times including but not limited to picking up


  • High School degree or GED.
  • Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Some locations may require associates to drive golf cart
